Morris Family Chiropractic is your center for total spine health. We take the approach that real health starts at the skeleton.  When your neck, spine or other bones are out of proper alignment, the body is not able to function as well.  Pain and lack of mobility are only a couple of symptoms.  Energy and life force is not able to flow through the body as it was intended to do producing an over all slowdown in function. 

YOUR FIRST VISIT

On your first visit to our office, which usually takes about one half hour, you will receive a comprehensive orthopedic examination and consultation. Please complete the following in-take forms specific to your needs:   The Chiropractic History is a mandatory form for each patient receiving treatment. The consent to treat a Minor Form needs to be filled out for each minor under 18 receiving treatment and the accident form should be filled out if your visit is due to some type of accident.  We know your time is valuable; printing and filling out these forms in advance will minimize your time in the Doctor's office.  Be sure to bring your completed forms for each person with you.
